I’m a master chef in my kitchen, bringing back the traditional tastes and creating new menu card with a slight amendment of recipes and experimenting the bond of flavours, thereby making an appetizing choice of meal.
Away from home, residing in Sydney, Australia has taught me to cook by myself at times thinking slightly out of the ancestral boundaries but reaching the same traditional tastes.
My husband prefers Kerala style cuisines to any other ones. So when we had to come to Sydney after our marriage I wrote down most of the recipes from my mother & mother-in-law. Mother's always cook good food. After all its an ancestral thing, probably an art that comes by hereditary.
Some of my recipes are inspirations from my sister as well. She has a good hands-on experience with desserts. She likes to experiment cooking new styles.
My husband is also a great cook, especially with Chicken Cuisines. He makes good Chicken Biryani and Chicken curries, and I love them :-)
Rightly said ‘Cooking is an Art’ and I’ve been using it since I’ve started cooking by myself. From East to West, North to South, all recipes that I use to cook our meals has been incorporated in my blog.
